Full Exterior Siding & Deck Renovation

This home’s rear exterior was fully transformed with new shake-style siding and a wraparound composite deck, two projects completed together to give the property a cohesive, updated look from the ground up.

Project Overview

This project combined a full siding replacement with a new wraparound deck along the back of the home. Shake-style siding was installed across every elevation, finished with crisp white trim around all windows and doors for clean, sharp contrast lines. The dormers and gabled sections were fully integrated into the new siding for a seamless, uniform finish.

Below, a wraparound composite deck was built to match the home’s new exterior, framed with white balusters and matching composite planter boxes built directly into the railing line. The deck spans the full width of the home’s rear elevation, connecting multiple entry points, including a set of French doors  directly out to the yard.

Scope of Work & Executed Services

• Siding Removal & Prep: The existing siding was removed and the exterior was prepped and inspected before installation.

• Shake-Style Siding Installation:New shake-style siding was installed across the full home, including dormers and gabled sections, for a uniform, weather-resistant finish.

• Deck Frame Construction: A wraparound deck frame was built using pressure-treated lumber, engineered to follow the home’s full rear elevation.

• Composite Decking Installation: Composite decking boards were installed for a durable, low-maintenance surface built to handle daily use.
• Railing & Built-In Planters: White balusters and composite planter boxes were installed along the deck’s perimeter, integrated directly into the railing design.
