Custom Paver Patio with Fire Pit

A custom paver patio addition, built to create a durable, low-maintenance outdoor entertaining space centered around a built-in fire pit.

Project Overview

This project involved designing and installing a circular paver patio extending from the rear of the home, seamlessly connecting to the existing entry steps. The patio was constructed using multi-tone concrete pavers laid in a classic running pattern, framed by a darker charcoal paver border for clean contrast and definition. A built-in stone fire pit was installed as the centerpiece, creating a natural gathering point for outdoor living.

The layout was designed to maximize usable backyard space while maintaining a smooth transition from the home’s rear entrance, with a compacted paver base engineered for long-term stability and proper drainage.

Scope of Work & Executed Services

• Site Excavation & Base Preparation: Excavated and graded the patio area, then installed a compacted gravel base to ensure long-term stability and proper drainage.

• Paver Installation: Laid multi tone concrete pavers in a circular layout with a contrasting charcoal border for a clean, defined edge.

• Fire Pit Construction: Built a custom stone fire pit as the patio’s centerpiece, using durable materials designed to withstand regular outdoor use.

• Finishing & Edge Restraints: Installed edge restraints and polymeric sand between pavers to lock the pattern in place and prevent shifting or weed growth over time.
