Full Roof Replacement

This home’s roof was fully replaced with new asphalt shingles, covering multiple rooflines and connecting sections for complete, uniform weather protection from ridge to eave.

Project Overview

This project involved a full roof tear-off and replacement across a large multi-section home, including the main roofline, an attached wing, and a chimney flashing area. The old roofing material was fully removed down to the decking, inspected for damage, and replaced with new underlayment and asphalt shingles installed to manufacturer specification.

Flashing around the chimney and roof valleys was replaced as part of the project to ensure a fully sealed, leak-free finish, with close attention paid to matching rooflines across the home’s connected sections for a clean, consistent result

Proconstruction Services

• Tear-Off & Inspection: The existing roofing material was fully removed and the deck was inspected for damage before new installation began.

• Underlayment Installation: New waterproof underlayment was installed across the full roof deck for an added layer of protection.

• Shingle Installation: New asphalt shingles were installed across all rooflines, including the main structure and attached wing.

• Flashing & Chimney Detailing: Flashing was replaced around the chimney and roof valleys to ensure a fully sealed, watertight finish.

• Site Cleanup: All debris and old roofing material were cleared from the property upon completion
